This includes, but is not limited to, the Promotions, Providers and Payment Methods Providers. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the service provider, promotion provider, or payment method provider, or if any third-party participant fails to comply with these terms and conditions, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage. 

When using the internet and electronic communications, applications may encounter restrictions, delays, and other issues. For example, your device, Shopify, and Zendrops may not be connected to the internet; they may be out of range, switched off, or not functioning. Any delay, unsuccessful delivery, damage, or loss brought on by such problems is not our responsibility.

We ensure that the application(s) functions properly and that the terms and conditions, applicable laws and regulations, court decisions, and/or policies of administrative institutions or other governmental organizations are obeyed, even if we are not obligated to monitor how you access or use them.

For any problems that occur between you and the relevant providers who are participants on my website, we are under no duty, including to take any additional action or legal action that you, the providers, or the payment method provider feel necessary. However, we will make every attempt to resolve any problems or disagreements that may come up between you and the providers or payment method providers. We do not serve as mediators when we assist in resolving conflicts or concerns, and it does not impose any additional duties on us.
