Returns and Refunds

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded, including but not limited to perishable goods, intimate products such as undergarments and certain intimate accessories, as well as gift cards, and custom or personalized items, as well as digital downloads and opened packaging for specific products. Please note that items from our "Final Sale" collections, which include flash sales or clearance events, are not eligible for returns and are non-refundable. 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at admin@undamerchandise.com with your order number, copy of your receipt, and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. We may request photographic evidence of the damaged item in order to process your request

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We do not give CASH refunds.  
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will cover only the cost of the item.
  • Partial Refunds: Certain situations may qualify for a partial refund (e.g., items not returned in original condition, items missing parts).

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@undamerchandise.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is not in stock, we may process a return and issue a refund instead.

5. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
